- Goods are handed over to the courier company on the next business day (excluding Saturdays) and excluding force majeure conditions.
- The customer bears the return shipping costs and is responsible for keeping the goods in their original condition.
- After receiving the goods, the customer may request an exchange within 14 days, provided the goods have not been damaged or altered.
- No refunds are provided.

Product Delivery: Products are delivered via courier services carried out by Geniki Tachydromiki, or by pickup from the COMPANY’s offices. Expected delivery times are indicative (1–5 days) and begin from the time of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as credit card verification, custom-made products, exceptional circumstances, or remote delivery areas. In the event of inability to deliver on the scheduled date, we will notify you by phone or email.
